Job Description:
UCHealth, a respected leader in healthcare innovation based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Travel RN to join our pioneering
Virtual Health Center. This role is critical in extending our reach
and providing high-quality care remotely, ensuring patients receive
exceptional guidance and health management from the comfort of
their homes. As a Travel RN for the Virtual Health Center, you will
utilize the latest in telehealth technology to deliver consultative
support and care coordination across various patient populations.
Provide remote clinical services to patients via telehealth
technologies. Assist in patient assessment and deliver appropriate
intervention using clinical protocols. Coordinate care with other
healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Monitor patient's health status and make necessary adjustments to
treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health
conditions, prevention, and maintenance. Maintain detailed and
accurate patient records in compliance with UCHealth standards.
Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health
records. Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information
confidentially. Capable of multitasking and managing time
efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a
compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
