Job Description:
Republic Services, Inc., a leader in the environmental services
industry, seeks a Regional Sales Executive to drive sales and
enhance the strategic objectives in one of our high-growth regions.
This role is pivotal in expanding our market share by developing
new business relationships and managing existing customer
portfolios. The ideal candidate will harness their expert knowledge
of sales strategies and the non-hazardous solid waste and recycling
sectors to secure revenue targets, integrate innovative solutions
for clients, and stay at the forefront of industry developments,
all while embodying the ethics and sustainable practices of
Republic Services. Develop comprehensive sales strategies that
align with company goals. Manage and expand customer relationships
to ensure long-term business growth. Lead contract negotiations,
prepare sales proposals, and close deals. Analyze regional market
trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies. Achieve
sales targets through effective planning and budget management.
Work collaboratively with the marketing department to launch
campaigns that align with sales strategies. Maintain a high level
of expertise regarding the regulations and technologies in the
environmental services industry. Proven ability to manage large
accounts and strategic partnerships Strong negotiating skills and
contract management Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to interpret market analytics and financial data Medical
