Job Description Job Description Business Development Manager –
Projects Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company , is a trusted
commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We
are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive
new plumbing construction revenue across small projects and
commercial construction opportunities. This is a true hunter role,
focused on building new relationships, developing a healthy project
pipeline, and partnering closely with operations to deliver
profitable plumbing work. What You’ll Do Identify, pursue, and
close new plumbing project opportunities Target general
contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial
construction Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and
discovery through proposal and close Lead customer discovery
conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals
for projects Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate
forecasting Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth
Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster
Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities Represent Foster Plumbing and
Crete United at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings
Project Focus : Tenant improvements Retail and office buildouts
Restaurants and hospitality Medical and professional buildings And
others as capabilities expand What We’re Looking For 5 years of
experience in plumbing, MEP, or subcontractor business development
Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project
construction Existing relationships with Denver-area general
contractors preferred Strong understanding of plumbing scopes,
estimating coordination, and construction sales cycles Proven
ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close profitable plumbing
work Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication
skills CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred) Valid
driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the
Denver metro area What’s In It For You $100K - $120K base salary
