Job Duties and Responsibilities

Our Channel Expansion Team is looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst that will own data analyses of product activation rates, impacts of price changes on sales & activations, performance of sales promotions, and effectiveness of marketing partners.The Business Operations Analyst will work internally with executives, national account managers, finance, marketing, reporting, and logistics as well as external marketing partners; from the initial launch of retailers or partners and ongoing management of their performances.

In this role you will:

• Build complex data models and forecasts
• Execute ad hoc analyses in Excel and draw strategic insights from the data
• Find and communicate actionable trends and segments
• Summarize data in digestible formats for leadership and present to senior level executives
• Maintain on an ongoing basis accurate and up-to-date records of analyses
• Develop and maintain library of historical analyses to drive future decisions
• Build strong relationship with internal partner groups in National Account Managers, Finance, Reporting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing
• Answer ad hoc questions from senior stakeholders Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as Business, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Experience digesting complex data and summarizing findings in a digestible format
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment Preferred Qualifications
    • 3+ years of retail wireless and/or telecommunications operations experience
    • Proficient in Tableau and SQL Salary Range
      
      Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
