The ideal candidate is passionate about construction, architecture, and managing a wide variety of commercial construction projects. This role involves overseeing the successful completion of projects, from the initial conception and design phase, all the way through to the final handover. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects, including commercial interiors, healthcare construction, and Commercial Ground Up projects.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial construction project management.2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.3. Experience with Commercial Ground Up, Core and Shell, Commercial Interiors, and Healthcare Construction projects.4. Proficient in Procore or similar project management software.5. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.6. Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.7. Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.8. Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and scheduling.9. Strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.10. Proven track record of managing subcontractor relationships.11. Experience with design-build projects.12. Knowledge of framing and other construction techniques.13.
