ResponsibilitiesSCREENING FOR THIS POSITION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE JOB IS FILLEDMinimum Salary: $85,000 Maximum Salary: $95,000Job Description:The Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director of Business Development is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changes in programming/protocols, recruitment and retention.     • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required. Master's of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
    • Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Minimum of five years in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
    • Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver's License.Knowledge and SkillsPrefer knowledge of the behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, age-specific programming, and marketing principles.
