Job Description:
AllHealth Network is growing! We are seeking a motivated
individual to be a part of our PATH Outreach Team in the FULL-TIME
position of Therapist to work in the community with about 40
clients. The PATH outreach team provides intensive community-based
services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The
team will work collaboratively with community partners to provide
street outreach and engagement in mental health services. The
therapist will provide brief solutions focused interventions and
motivational interviewing to support engagement in traditional
mental health services. We are willing to take someone licensed or
unlicensed.Our Ideal Candidate:We are seeking a MFTC, LPCC, LSW,
LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to provide intensive community-based services to
individuals and families experiencing homelessness.Goals and
Objectives:Build trusting relationships with clients, their
families and internal teamPromote a positive culture of learning
and development, quality improvement, and standardized
documentation among all staffUtilize Trauma Systems Therapy to
build resiliency due to complex systems clients have been inUtilize
strengths based language when working with clients and promote an
optimistic future for clients and their familiesSalary: $52,000 -
$65,000 annually (depending upon experience and licensure) , $5,000
Sign On BonusThe base salary range represents the low and high end
of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual
salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on
various factors including but not limited to experience, education,
training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network
mission and values. The range listed is just one component of
AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other
