Lockheed Martin is looking for an energetic and high performing
Systems Engineer Staff - Verification Lead to join the Bus Center
of Excellence (BusCoE) team in Denver, Colorado.
Duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not
limited to, the following:
--- Lead Verification Review Board (VRB)
--- Define verification and validation for the requirements
baseline
--- Support development of the Bus COE supported programs and IRADs
baseline, ground and flight test planning, and design reviews
--- Be a lead in value driven Systems Engineering team and drive
design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way
--- In this position you will have the opportunity to work closely
with SME, CPE, Chief Engineer, and Chief Systems Engineer to
develop and deliver requirements to meet mission capabilities
--- This position requires you to be eligible to obtain a DOD
Secret security clearance, but there is no clearance requirement to
start.

Basic Qualifications:
--- Experienced in identifying, decomposing, and allocating
requirements
--- Experienced in Systems Engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR,
MRR)
--- Experience in Verification and Validation, and Verification
Review Boards (VRB)
--- Experience coordinating with multiple key partners
--- Experience working in DOORS
Desired Skills:
--- Experience in Systems Engineering life cycle
--- Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or
more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
--- Customer interface experience
--- Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
--- Experience with Cameo
--- Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and
external customers
--- INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
--- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and
applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex
problems and implement constructive change
--- Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and
external customers, lead multi-functional teams and build consensus
among peers
--- Active or Current DoD Secret Security Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or
Washington is $100,400 - $192,500. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer.

time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time
employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO);
receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences;
receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time
employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours
of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO
is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the
calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
