As the 3D Motion Producer you will bring multi-disciplinary knowledge to our project pipeline as you plan and deliver projects on scope, on time, and on budget. You will be part of a small team of Producers overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of these projects in partnership with Creative Directors, Artists, Account Leads, and other business stakeholders across the organization.This role will offer you the following daily challenges:The primary responsibility of the 3D Motion Producer is to make a plan and execute that plan. As you draw upon your depth of experience in pre-production, production, and post-production you will be accountable for making decisions daily that influence the path of each project to ensure that it delivers as planned to avoid impacting the larger pipeline. Drive 3D and Motion projects from intake through post-production and delivery as you create an overall vision for the production Collaborate with the Creative Strategist, Creative Director and clients to develop original, thematic and appropriate concepts and scripts for each deliverable Interface with client and client staff; work closely with the Visual Communications team to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project Work closely with both in-house and external personnel Manage project budgets, resources and schedules Produce multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables Engage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive with outside servicesAlthough this position does support some teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Denver, Colorado , and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.Basic Qualifications:To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Prior professional experience in creative development process - production, post-production, asset management, project management Professional experience working with 3D animation pipelines.Desired Skills:To be successful, ideally, you should also have: Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
