Service Module (ESM) Delivery Lead under the Orion Production and
Operations Contract (OPOC) Production Control organization. This
position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:---
Coordinate the export of all OPOC, Orion DDT&E, reworked and
repaired hardware deliveries to the European Space Agency (ESA) and
Airbus for Orion ESM use.--- Interact with parties from all product
teams to ensure their exported components have completed acceptance
data packages (ADPs) to support international pre-ship reviews with
NASA, ESA, and Airbus.--- Coordinate and schedule pre-ship reviews
with NASA, ESA, and Airbus to support all OPOC, Orion DDT&E,
reworked and repaired hardware shipments.--- Coordinate Deliver
Order updates for Artemis III+ ESM deliveries with Contracts.---
Coordinate export of hardware with Logistics, Property Management
and Management Demand teams.--- Generate and submit International
Trade Express System (ITEX) entries for international pre-ship
review meeting invites, meeting minutes and formal deliveries.---
Generate and submit ITEX entries for all supported international
meetings and associated meeting minutes.--- Coordinate DD250
approval with Configuration and Data Management (C&DM) Point of
Contacts.--- Coordinate export classifications and authorizations
with Lockheed Martin Space International Trade Compliance Office
for hardware export.--- Support the ESM Manager and ESM Integration
Campaign Manager in coordinating material, mock-up, and
developmental hardware shipments to assist integration efforts.---
Support ESM Manager in reviewing protocols for future or modified
deliveries.--- Support weekly International Bilateral Exchanges
Near-Term Exports/Imports and Coordination Meeting (BEPC) to
provide and receive status on hardware deliveries.--- Support
biweekly International Bilateral Data Exchange Agreements, Lists,
and Schedules (BDEALS) discussions.--- Support weekly Orion Export
Control Meeting to provide status of current and future exports.---
Present ESM hardware delivery status at program management
reviews.--- Interact with Subcontract Program Management for
supplier procured hardware status.--- Support domestic pre-ship
review held by suppliers when necessary to determine ADP completion
to support international pre-ship reviews.--- Coordinate with
responsible engineers for supplier provided redacted ADP submittal
for ITEX approval for export.--- Compile and present change request
impacts related to updates to the BDEALS and NASA/ESA Generic

hardware project management including action item tracking, problem
resolution and delivery expediting.--- Experience in spacecraft
hardware integration.--- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.---
Ability to travel - minimal--- Ability to be granted a Public Trust
Security Clearance for NASA badging.--- Experience with standard
Microsoft Office applications - MS Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word.Desired Skills:--- Experience on Lockheed Martin Space or NASA
Human Spaceflight Programs especially the Orion Program.---
Experience with export control processes and procedures.---
Experience with spaceflight hardware ADPs, and shipping processes

technical data.

position is $102,400 - $170,600 . Please note that the salary

considerations when extending an offer.This position is incentive
plan eligibleAbility to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their
work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a
designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule
will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that
provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range
from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may
be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3
