Job Description:

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company in Evergreen and Littleton Colorado is looking for a flexible and motivated team member to help us at both of our locations. Our small brewing team handles all aspects of production from ideas to packaging to pouring on our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.
Preferred qualifications:
1 years of experience working as a commercial brewer or experience working in the beer industryAbility to safely meet the physical demands of the brewing industry including standing for long periods, working in hot/cold/wet environments, working on a ladder, working with chemicals and machinery, lifting up to 55lb, manipulating up to 165lb with dedication to safetyEfficient time management, strong work ethic, empathy, ability to work independently or as part of a teamEffective customer relations skills (For special events, daily interaction with customers and general representation of our company)Understanding of brewing processes, equipment operation and maintenanceCanning line experience, draft line cleaning and maintenance experienceattention to detailReliable transportation and location flexibility is a must. Team member will need to be effective at both locationsHourly compensation level determined by experience
