Johns Manville is seeking a driven Regional Account Specialist Supervisor to supervise and motivate a team of 3-5 Account Specialists at our Littleton, CO location. The right candidate will use their advanced business acumen and people skills to provide day-to-day direction to their regions while ensuring world class customer service and the JM experience is provided to both internal and external customers.

Your Day-to-Day

* Analyze team service metrics and reporting (weekly and monthly) * Provide weekly report of activities on the above to the Regional Manager * Provide ongoing feedback and communicate action plans, if needed, to Account Specialists. Work with Regional Manager to develop and execute disciplinary action when necessary * Work with Regional Manager and provide input on plans for continuous improvement through training and other career/system/process development opportunities * Create weekly business summary and ensure completion of IOI's. * Hire, onboard and train new Account Specialists and cross-train across all Roofing Systems teams * Manage documentation of guidelines and procedures, ensuring that they are current and communicate changes to team in a timely manner * Work on order entry/order management up to 25% of the time, ensuring perfect order delivery * Manage credits, debits and deductions. Moderate authorization to resolve customer issues/complaints * Identify areas of process improvement and work with the key stakeholders to develop solutions * Serve as back-up to Specialists in the event of an absence or as an additional resource to the region

What You Bring to the Team

* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience or in lieu of degree, 5 years of applicable experience * Proven analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think through complex issues * Expert ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with limited supervision * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Knowledge of Accounts Receivable concepts for deduction resolution * Proven problem resolution and negotiation skills * Expert organizational & prioritization skills


* Successful experience leading, training, supervising, executing direction and deploying resources to a staff of 5+ employees; Preferably in Customer Service * Commercial Roofing product knowledge * Expert knowledge of SAP * Working knowledge of Salesforce, Business Object (BOBJ), and Success Factors

Applicants can expect to make between $70,000 to $95,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan.
