Role will support the ground aspects of the Intelligence,
Surveillance, Reconnaissance division of C6ISR within the Rotary
and Mission Systems Business Unit. Candidates need will need to
have or be able to acquire a TS/SCI clearance level to support core
programs. As a result of the clearance requirements, candidates
need to be able to succeed with minimal supervision and direction.
Candidates should possess ability to proactively lead tactical and
strategic aspects of the contracting process from RFP crafting to
contract closeout, and will be required to demonstrate the ability
- negotiate, coordinate, extend, terminate, and renegotiate
standard and nonstandard contracts;
- evaluate contract performance to resolve necessity for
amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to
- maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by
- ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements
reached at negotiation; and
- may plan and participate in training of contract practices and
negotiations to company personnel.
This role is not open to virtual or remote support. Occasional
remote work options will be driven by program/business needs.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related subject
area, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of
professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with
a related Master's degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Candidates need will need to have or be able to acquire a TS/SCI
clearance level to support core programs.
