Description_Please Note: This position will require working on
the Sales Floor. Excellent customer service skills are a
must!__Part-time positions are usually scheduled 25 to 29 hours a
week. Various Schedules are available. Tell us about your
availability! We can be flexible if you can be consistent.__Our
Retail Centers will soon be open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays
through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.__Pay: $12.32
per hour.__Part Time employees in are eligible for paid holidays,
floating holidays, sick leave, jury duty and bereavement leave.
Part time employees can also make pre-tax contributions to a
retirement plan and some part time employees who work enough hours
in a year may become eligible for employer contributions to their
retirement._OBJECTIVE:The Retail Production Associate will
primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting
donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to
determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold.
This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required.
The Associate is responsible to ensure the sales floor area is well
stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The
Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and
expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent
customer service. The Associate may be assigned to various areas
that they have been trained in to include hardlines, softlines,
housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books or shoes per the
business needs.QUALIFICATIONS: Must have attention to detail and
ability to make decisions.
Ability to use basic technologies to be able to follow company

pricing, researching value as necessary.

supervisors, staff and peers.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Sort donated
items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares etc.) which
include season, color and quality of product.
Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the
Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on
batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition.
Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality
and value of product, which may include researching the items value
on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized,
stocked, properly merchandised and clean.
Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers;
answer product questions as needed.
Rotate or pull old or unsold product from the sales floor to ensure
product selection is refreshed as necessary.
Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe
working environment for employees and customers.
Cross-train as needed in other departments and areas when
