About the Job The Visit Coordinator is a 30 hour per week, non-exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions, Campus Visit Experience for the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS). This role is responsible for executing the day to day operations of creating a successful campus visit experience that highlights the best Colorado Christian University has to offer.   • Contribute to CCU's mission: Christ-centered higher education transforming students to impact the world with grace and truth. The Visit Coordinator contributes to the University's mission through engaging with visitors and guests on campus, ensuring they experience excellence and all the university offers, which serves to enhance and advance exemplary academics, personal spiritual growth, and engagement with the world.
  • Directs and coordinates details of individual campus visits and group visits including but not limited to tours, meetings with faculty, athletics, try-outs, auditions, financial aid, hosting overnight visitors, and all other special requests.
  • Collects recommendations for the visit program to enhance the experience and increase conversion results.
  • Presents the Information Session and gives campus tours for daily visitors and Preview guests as needed.
  • Works directly with the overnight guest hosting program and a staff of 35 student leadership employees who function as Overnight Host Ambassadors. Responsible for training, coaching, and scheduling individual apartments.
  • Supports the Assistant Director with training new tour guides and student staff overseeing nine tour rooms on campus ensuring cleanliness and quality of the experience.
  • Works directly with Enrollment Counselors on the status of students and their application, briefing them on upcoming visit requests from prospects in their territory, tours, and special requests. Assists in moving prospective students through the admissions process.
  • Responsible for preparing welcome packets for daily visits. Assists with business operations, and co-coordinates scheduling of campus tours, information sessions, and execution of recruitment and yield events.
  • Supports in Preview preparation including, but not limited to,--assembly of collateral and gifts, communication with faculty and outside vendors, managing student staff, and week-of logistics.
  • Presents a professional image to the general public in all telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face contact. Responds to all questions received via the Campus Visits website and/or email.
  • Other duties as assigned.------Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.--What we offer our employees:We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. Pay is assigned by reviewing a combination of job-related factors that may include: internal/external pay equity, the salary structure/pay grade, or a candidate's qualifications/experience for the job.
