A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE The Service Delivery Manager will be a results-oriented technology leadership position accountable for the end to end delivery of all technology solutions aligned with a given Computershare Loan Services business domain. This role provides leadership, transparency and strategic thinking to stakeholders, ensuring predictable and lsquofit for purposersquo product solutions are delivered in a predictable manner for the aligned business domain. Primary Accountabilities End to end Technology Accountability End to end accountability for delivery of all technology solution needs of an aligned business domain, inclusive of all service providers and vendors who have responsibilities which support the given business product. Drive prioritization of IT requests with these relevant stakeholders. Relationship Management Responsible for relationships with other business stakeholders, internal organizational disciplines and external parties, ensuring a common understanding exists across technology deliverables to support a given business product. Ongoing expectations management. Strategic Thought Leadership Drive active participation of all relevant SMErsquos in ideation, solutioning and strategic road map creation, ensuring technology solutions align and deliver on the business domain needs. Proactively identify opportunities for IT to enable business priorities and meet business needs. Advocacy across IT and business domains Advocate for IT with aligned business domain partners, and for business domain partners across IT. Product Portfolio Transparency Responsible for providing clear and concise product portfolio transparency for technology projects and enhancements to products for a given business domain. A.) from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience andor training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of projects, programs andor general IT delivery experience with significant progression of responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus. Experience delivering large scale predictable results through agile teams. Enterprise architecture andor design experience collaborating directly with business partners to ensure architectures deliver on business objectives. Experience managing the product lifecycle and the ability to build business cases around this. Sound application of Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. Preferred Knowledge of Financial Services (Mortgage or Banking Services) industries and markets is highly regarded. Travel Required It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10 of the time.
