to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-7 years

(Performance, Hours, and Business Development) Bonuses begin at

percentage (.20 cents of every dollar) of the profits from that
client, even if you aren't the main person handling their case.
(This incentive alone can net you more than half of your base
salary) Job Details Requirements: Licensed to practice law in
Colorado Currently working at a top national/international law firm
or in a sophisticated in-house role. 4-7 years of experience in
Credit Finance & Corporate Transactions Experience reviewing,
editing, and drafting primary loan documents for secured &
unsecured credit facilities (borrower side) Experience with
acquisition financings, and working with capital & venture debt
facilities Experience with corporate transactions (equity
