The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for providing excellent legal services to our clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of Family Law cases from start to finish and will be given a platform to grow both professionally and personally. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation.2. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, custody agreements, and divorce decrees.3. Conduct research to inform legal proceedings, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.5. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.2. Must be an active member in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a strong focus on Family Law.4. Proven experience in trial litigation and a strong court presence.5.
