Job Description Job Description The Field Manager plays a
critical leadership role at Axium Inspections, serving as the
connector between our inspectors, team leaders, and the broader
Services Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving
inspector performance, upholding Axium’s brand and quality
standards, and building a strong, engaged field team across the
Colorado market. As a hands-on leader, the Field Manager supports
inspectors through coaching, on-site evaluations, report reviews,
and consistent one-on-one communication. You’ll identify
performance gaps, set clear expectations, and help inspectors grow
their skills and confidence, with a strong focus on quality,
professionalism, and customer experience. Success in this role
means developing inspectors who consistently deliver high-quality
reports, represent the Axium brand with pride, and contribute to a
healthy, accountable team culture. This role also partners closely
with leadership to support hiring, onboarding, training, and
ongoing development efforts. The Field Manager plays an active role
in improving systems, tools, and processes by providing field-level
feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. In
addition, you’ll collaborate with other Field Managers and the
Services Leadership Team to align on goals, share best practices,
and support the continued growth of Axium Inspections. If you enjoy

the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the
performance of home inspectors and team leads, using targeted KPIs
to drive results. Maintain Axium brand standards across all team
members. Support the company's overall success by improving
inspector performance. Identify performance gaps, set clear
expectations, and coach inspectors to reach a report review score
of 85% or higher. Handle quality control through report reviews,
site visits, and weekly check-ins. Respond to client issues,
including field visits and damage concerns, and ensure each case is
resolved. Monitor inspector engagement, professionalism, and team
health to support a strong Axium culture. Submit software-related
change requests and your team's feedback. Lead weekly team
meetings. Hold weekly 1:1 sessions with Team Leaders to coach and
develop them. Manage hiring needs, including interviewing,
onboarding, and terminations when necessary. Review and refine the
training timeline, training plan, and trainer performance. Support
the Services Division and collaborate with other Field Managers in
the SW region as part of the Services Leadership Team. Skills and
Abilities Communicate and support new product, system, and process
improvements as a team leader. Motivate and encourage team members.
Complete 7 report reviews per week. Conduct 3 on-site evaluations
per week. Hold 10 weekly check-ins with team members. Assist with
reporting software updates and maintain company templates. Set
departmental goals with the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly,
and annual basis. Coach employees, take support calls, and
participate in chat discussions as needed. Leadership Role
Communicate expectations clearly and guide the team to meet company
goals. Report team and Field Manager accountability metrics to the
Vice President of Services. Take an active role in weekly Service
Department leadership meetings to review company, department, and
team goals. Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with the VP of Services to
discuss goals and progress. Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with Team
Leaders to align on department and team targets. Lead weekly team
meetings focused on accountability, action items, and goal
progress. Complete weekly check-ins with team members (10 per week
by phone or in person). Review and grade 7 reports per week for
each team member. Participate in monthly and quarterly QA review
analysis. Conduct 3 inspector site evaluations per week. Contribute
to developing training manuals and integrating new tools,
equipment, and software. Lead department improvement projects.
Manage field-level client concerns and ensure complaint-handling
procedures are followed. Participate in Services Leadership
Development meetings. Engage in Axium/Launchpad leadership
development activities. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or
GED Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation within
an 80-mile radius of your location. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, leadership, home inspection or related
field experience Bachelor’s degree
