ClientSolv Technologies is a woman-owned and operated company that is certified as a WMBE, 8a firm by the Federal government's Small Business Administration.Job DescriptionWe are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Littleton, CO. These roles will be onsite/ in the office Monday-Friday during normal business hours (there are no remote options).In this role, you will work within an agile delivery team and use your skills to create and customize applications on the Lightning platform. Responsibilities will vary, but ultimately include: Development of on-platform solutions and integrations to external systemsDevelop and deploy business-logic and user interfaces on the Lightning platformTranslating requirements into technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platformEstimating level of effort needed to implement solutionsSupporting delivery of Salesforce implementationsDocumenting and sharing best practices Peer code review to ensure design standards are followedCreating and extending objects to support business capabilities and integrationsWork with application architects to define standards and design solutionsWork with testers to build and execute automated testing processesQualifications7+ years of Salesforce development and/or administration experienceWeb service development and integration experienceFoundational experience with multiple Salesforce cloud solutions, primarily focused on Sales and Service CloudProfessional development experience with Lightning web componentsActive Salesforce certifications (PDI/PDII)Experience with SalesforceDX and automated deployment processesExperience with Flows and process buildersExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent Analytical and problem solving skillsAdditional InformationThis contract-to-hire role will be located in Littleton, CO with all work being performed onsite/in the office during normal business hours, Monday-Friday (no remote options).
