All current and newly hired employees who are unvaccinated will be required to adhere to onsite safety protocols.Description:Space IT is seeking a strong technical lead to continue to propel MESHc forward from both a capability and functionality perspective.MESHc supports smart business decisions by bringing various product and system information together. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented software developers in further developing and advancing the product. This team lead will work closely with the project lead and stakeholders across the business to address requirements and establish strong working relationships. This individual will be responsible for:--- Design, development, integration and deployment of MESHc solutions for customers and participation in all phases of the software development life cycle (design, code, test)--- Advancing and implementing the MESHc strategy focused on capability and functionality enhancements to the tool--- Partnering with stakeholders and team members to shape project/backlog requirements and develop technical solutions to those requirements--- Identifying and resolving technical challenges through innovative software solutions --- Executing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodology and practices leveraging automation--- Leading in an agile software development environment including task estimation and documentation, daily scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives--- Supporting team member development and growth through leadership and mentoringBasic Qualifications:-At least 7 - 9 years of full life-cycle software development experience. -Experience managing and developing infrastructure environments (compute, storage, network and database) with traditional or cloud-based tools-Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.-Experience with .NET, Java, C#, HTML, C, or JavaScript development. -Experience with databases, database design, data modeling and SQL.-Front-end development experience (i.e. use of Angular)-Experience with container development and orchestration with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift -Must have strong leadership, communication, self-starter and teamwork skills.Desired Skills:-Prior experience managing agile SW development teams.-Experience with managing/developing cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).-Experience with writing, deploying and maintaining APIs for application integration.-Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.-Demonstrated systems engineering experience-Active secret, TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for reinstatement.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
