POSITION SUMMARY:Performs systems analysis, maintains standard software applications. Prepares detailed reporting requirements using current and historical data sources.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:Will support CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery. Preferred working experience of 2 years in this capacity.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) 1-2 years experience preferred.Some Familiarity with Front End Design and CSS / UI Frameworks (Bootstrap, Material, etc.).Basic Knowledge of JS based frameworks helpful for this role (react, angular, vue, etc.).Participates in conducting analysis, design, reporting, and implementation of computer based information systems to meet specified requirements.Investigates standard system applications for review and update of new software releases.Assists in the analysis of system specifications and program coding.Translates detailed design specifications into computer program instruction, debugs routine programs, prepares systems test data and prepares program documentation.Modifies, maintains, and updates existing programs as business procedures change.Coordinates with system users to determine final objectives, desired reports, historical data to be preserved.OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Prepare reports and informational packets, prepare brief correspondence and reports, coordinate live jobs into production, verbally communicate technical information, and make presentations to groups outside immediate work area.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree and one to two years previous experience required.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to navigate through Symitar environment, create reports RepGen, and support Symitars software.Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.COMPUTER SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
