Finance REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer LOCATION: Denver, Metro

you’ll be the finance leader who turns complexity into clarity.
You’ll own the operating financial rhythm of today, while helping
our executive team build tomorrow - smarter, faster, and with only
good surprises! This role will demand a lot from the right
candidate, but will offer significant responsibility and
opportunities for career advancement into a VP or higher role.
P&L Ownership: Own the financial health of our services
business: forecasting, margin drivers, delivery economics, and the
decisions that improve performance. Executive Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the President of our services business and
work directly with the CEO on performance, tradeoffs, and strategic
decisions. Project and grant performance: Build a repeatable
financial operating model for complex, compliance-heavy projects,
including budget-to-actual comparisons, burn rates, cost
allocation, and overall fiscal performance metrics. Client-facing
deliverables: Partner with our Quality Assurance team to deliver
accurate , timely , audit-ready financials that we’re proud to put
our name on. Finance cadence that builds confidence: Lead monthly
close and quarterly reporting activities, creating predictable
outcomes with a clear narrative. Controls that support momentum:
Strengthen controls and compliance while keeping the business
moving fast. Strategy and Planning: Translate tradeoffs into
decisions - forecasting, scenarios, and recommendations that help
us pick the right direction together. Cross-functional
problem-solving: Work hand in hand with the operations and
client-facing teams when financial issues arise, before they become
escalations. Scale the team; build the machine: Help position us
for growth and the exciting chapters ahead! Innovate with AI: Bring
practical automation through new and creative usage of technology
and Artificial Intelligence. ERP Modernization: Help lead our
selection and implementation of a new ERP platform to support our
