The Senior HR Analyst - ServiceNow role serves as the subject
matter expert on ServiceNow for HR and will coordinate with
cross-functional teams, from requirements gathering to delivery;
ultimately driving innovation and results for the business. Both
highly analytical and front facing, the role provides ServiceNow
support to primary stakeholders and the business in general. The
candidate will provide thought leadership on the HR Service
Delivery and related projects including modifications,
configurations, workflows, journeys, upgrades, adoption of new
functionality, reporting and analytical use of data stored in the
system. Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible
for a broad range of activities including platform program
management, system configuration, ensuring data integrity,
documentation, training, reporting, auditing, troubleshooting. This
position will support ongoing process improvement activities to
bring greater efficiency to the Human Resource function, as well as
the entire company.

Base Salary Range
$ 82 275.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base
salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales
positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some
instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed
base salary depending on individual performance. Actual
compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon
geographic location, work experience, education, licensure
requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time
of offer.
