In this position, you will have the opportunity to design, maintain, monitor, and enhance programs related to Learning, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning. You will work alongside leadership to identify and develop career progression and competency/skill development pathways based on the needs of the individual and the business. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the systems, technology, internal and external training resources and tracking tools. You will also work closely with individuals in supporting them on the path toward their goals.This is an exciting opportunity as you will have the opportunity to develop, lead, and measure the effectiveness of a comprehensive career growth and development strategy for the organization. You will think outside the box in building pathways for employee's growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who is motivated by watching individuals and leaders grow.Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 plus potential profit shareResponsibilities

  • Supports the implementation and sustainability of the talent programs, tools and resources used across all locations-evaluates the impact, scalability, quality and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Solicits advisement on and identifies training and development needs of employees, managers and leaders.
  • Partners with leaders to identify and implement training solutions.
  • Partners with all LONG employees in support of the achievement of training and development goals.
  • Monitors the movement of talent across the organization, identifying pipeline gaps and giving perspective on trends to provide insight into talent development & learning strategy
  • Executes needs analysis and data gathering to develop process, course, and curriculum solutions to increase career pathing and technical skills development.
  • Optimizes talent management technology tools. Provides reporting and customer support to HR and the business for those tools.
  • Tracks and develops talent management metrics and reporting and demonstrating business impact of talent initiatives.
  • Supports the talent review process, including preparing for performance / potential calibration sessions, coaching conversations, and ongoing talent review roll-up reporting and trend monitoring.
  • Support onboarding programs to accelerate employee productivity and engagement.
  • Executes employee engagement survey and provide tools and guidance to business leaders on effective action planning.
  • Supports HR Director by providing reports/data as needed, and assists with projects for the business unit
  • Up to 10% travel to offsite locations in the US
  • Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in Learning or HR-related functions that includes talent/leadership development, training and/or talent review or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with technologies enabling HR processes such as succession, talent assessment and talent management.
    • Ability to get into the details with a proven record of executing initiatives.
    • Ability to be creative and design programs which meet the needs of the individual and the organization.
    • Must be articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
    • Advanced project management, organizational and analytics skills to manage multiple projects, processes, and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to execute projects / process design with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations
    • Experience in leadership development as well as technical and soft skills training
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status.
    • Proven coaching and influence skills.
    • Progressive experience in a similar role; HVAC, Building Technologies and/or Automation industry awareness and understanding of the technical needs of the organization is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, advanced skills in data analysis preferred. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macro development, vlookups).
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs (including Powerpoint) and knack for technology in general
    • Strong problem-solving Strong technical acumen a plus.
    • Must operate with a high level of integrity when supporting sensitive and confidential data analysis.
    • Strong communication (oral and written) and relationship development skills; ability to work with all levels within an organization, including senior leadership.Working ConditionsEnvironment:
