If you enjoy helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a calm, welcoming environment, this could be the perfect part-time opportunity for you. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent evening and weekend hours while making a meaningful difference for residents and visitors. Position Details Part-Time (~22 hours per week, 3-4 shifts per week ) Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Potential for more hours on an as-needed basis! What You'll Do Greet residents, families, and guests in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries after normal business hours Monitor the front desk and building entry for safety and security Provide support to residents as needed and communicate concerns to on-call staff Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere during evening and weekend hours What We're Looking For Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and stay attentive during slower hours Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Why Work at Bridgewater?
