JOB TITLE: Facilities Lead Housekeeper
JOB SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision from management, cleans and documents
tasking in a clean room environment. Acts as a working lead to
team. Participates in problem solving, associate engagement and
addressing issues within Housekeeping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for understanding and following existing procedures for
cleaning the clean room required to meet regulatory requirements
and complete housekeeping regulatory documentation.
Leads, coaches and provides effective feedback to team.
Contributes to associate evaluations.
Coordinates activities and scheduling with other Housekeeping
shifts in support of Manufacturing.Partners with other departments
when housekeeping support is needed (i.e. tours, projects).
Provides input into procedures as required.
Assists associates in resolving conflicts.
Facilitates group meetings.
Demonstates expertise and accountability in recognizing and
maintaining regulatory compliance.
Abides by and adheres to all normal safety or security rules and
regulations and reports infractions.
Responsible for handling, collecting, labeling, and/or transfering
hazardous chemical waste following established procedures and
guidelines.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May be required to work other shifts.
Proactively looks for areas of improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or GED, or relevant experience may be
considered.
Experience
No prior experience required.
Skills
Ability to provide supervision and direction as a working Lead.
Works independently and is capable of making routine decisions.
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines and
practices.
Demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
Reading and comprehending procedures written in English. Able to
work from written procedures.
Detail oriented with ability to inspect work for accuracy and
adherence to policies.
Ability to work effectively with other associates by using good
interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to learn and comply with new methods, processes, and
policies.
Ability to respond with a sense of urgency and work effectively and
productively.
Ability to work in high places using ladders or lifts.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and
in writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Manufacturing Environment requirements include: use of personal
protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending,
standing, stretching/reaching, and hand/finger dexterity.

Target Pay Range:$19.00to$24.00- Hourly pay rateto be determined by
the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the
applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
