Job DescriptionSummary:The Call Center Reservations Manager is one of 2 managers who oversee a department of 70 Sales Agents and 6 Supervisors. This department is the "sales arm" of the company. They sell tours and packages directly to the consumer, therefore, the "ideal candidate" must be passionate about Guest Experience. The Reservations Sales Manager works in a call center environment, therefore, the ideal candidate must have a full understanding of calls, leads, and pipeline follow ups.Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in a management role within a multi-channel contact center environment (call center)
  • Strong CRM and other technical skills (internal/external systems)
  • Must have ability to motivate and inspire a team as well as provide coaching/feedback and accountability
  • Proven experience developing leaders (to help grow a tier of Supervisors into future Managers)
  • Effective and efficient management of sales pipeline and CRM to maximize all sales opportunities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM Systems and Call Center Programs
  • Process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Ability to leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Strong decision-making abilities
