• Note: Base salary is provided for the position: $489,000 $543,000 annually (eligibility for quality and/or productivity bonus)

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinic settings
• Join an established cancer care team and deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary patient support
• Provide dedicated outreach hematology/oncology services to rural communities in Lamar and Trinidad (up to 6 days per month)
• Travel to Lamar and Trinidad (approximately 2 3 hours from Colorado Springs) to support access to specialty care
• Collaborate closely with the cancer center team in Colorado Springs for coordinated patient management
• Use EPIC EMR within a physician-led medical group focused on collaboration and high-quality outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered cancer care programs
• Share in limited call responsibilities within the group

What You Need
Required

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Willingness to travel to Lamar and Trinidad (up to 6 days/month)
• Commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered cancer care

Preferred

• Interest in rural medicine and outreach-based oncology care
• Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary care settings

About the Assignment
Join the cancer care team at a leading facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, within UCHealth s Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic Memorial Central. You ll be primarily based in Colorado Springs and support rural outreach to Lamar and Trinidad, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality cancer care across southern Colorado. The role offers a flexible four-day work week model and limited call within the group, with support from an established team.
