Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Denver, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,569 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Profession: MLT Specialty: Generalist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Nights Hours per Shift: 830 PM - 7 AM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not required for submission Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via AMT, Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via ASCP Must-Have: Experience in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Blood Bank Description: Hiring process includes a profile review and an interview with the unit manager. Candidates must be located within a radius of 60 miles. Clinicians should be available for the entire week of orientation, even if some modules are conducted remotely. BLS certification is required due to potential patient contact. Candidates must be generalists and should not require phlebotomy skills. Experience in Laboratory Information System (LIS) such as EPIC Beaker is needed. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, including Abbott Alinity, Immucor ECHO, Sysmex XN3100, Sysmex CA5100, and CA2500, is essential. Weekend and holiday availability are required. Self-scheduling or block scheduling is currently not available. Uniform must be professional colors.
