Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Loveland, CO at an outpatient clinic and help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidates must be comfortable providing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions. Experience with documentation for outpatient clinics including evaluation notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic health record systems. Ability to evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services as needed. Demonstrated competency with safe patient handling and materials handling procedures in a clinic environment. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to state Practice Act and discipline-specific professional codes of conduct.
