Job Description:
Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. You
will play a vital role in delivering exceptional tailored
rehabilitation care to patients recovering from surgeries,
injuries, or managing chronic conditions. Our facility prides

requires comprehensive nursing skills, a patient-focused attitude,
and a passion for providing life-enhancing rehabilitation services.
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement
nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer
nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Oversee patient rehabilitation and provide updates on progress.
Collaborate with healthcare team members and staff across
disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure strict compliance
with all pertinent health regulations. Handle patient emergencies
with promptness and professionalism. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Excellent patient assessment capabilities
Proficient in managing multiple patient cases Ability to work
collaboratively with various healthcare professionals Outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice CPR certified Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
