This position is designed for registered nurses looking to expand their expertise in managing complex patient conditions in a high-paced, acute care environment. Our fellowship program provides structured education and a supportive learning environment to transition your nursing skills to the next level. Working at UCHealth, you will be part of a Colorado-based, nonprofit health system that is focused on delivering patient-centered care using the latest in medical technology and treatment. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient status and respond to emergent changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in educational activities and assessments to ensure competent and effective patient care. Implement patient care plans and conduct patient assessments. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment. Acute care proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross ACLS certification preferred
