Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated RN Cell Therapy Infusion to join
our innovative healthcare team. This specialized nurse will play a
crucial role in the administration of cellular therapies and
patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities. The candidate
should be highly skilled in clinical practices associated with
cellular treatments and patient handling, committed to advancing
their knowledge in biological sciences, and passionate about
providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and collaborative
environment. Administer cell therapies according to established
guidelines and protocols. Monitor patient conditions continuously
and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their
families on treatment processes and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate patient records and report on therapy outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
and therapy effectiveness. Proficient in administering IV infusions
and handling sensitive medications. Strong observational skills for
assessing patient conditions. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
Colorado. ONCC Certified in Blood & Marrow Transplantation (BMTCN)
or equivalent preferred.
