Job Description:

night-shift Travel RN in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
This position is crucial for providing critical care to neonates
with varying degrees of illnesses and prematurity. Our mission is
to deliver life-enhancing and family-centered care to our most
vulnerable patients. With your expertise in neonatal care, you'll
be an invaluable asset to our dedicated team, ensuring the highest
standard of healthcare across our facilities. This role allows you
to travel to different UCHealth hospitals and offers a dynamic
environment where you can showcase your skills while adapting to
various clinical settings. Provide comprehensive nursing care in a
high-acuity NICU setting. Administer medications, perform routine
care, and monitor neonatal conditions. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate
and support families during their NICU journey. Travel between
facilities within the UCHealth system as needed. Adhere to all
safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for
patients and staff. Strong clinical skills in a neonatal intensive
care environment. Ability to perform detailed assessments and
execute effective care plans. Proficiency in using medical software
and NICU technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of
Colorado. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association.
