patient-centered care . This full-time opportunity offers 36
patient-facing hours per week in a supportive environment that

community impact. Key Responsibilities: Deliver full-spectrum
Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population Participate in
after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues Collaborate with
physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based
environment Lead and contribute to patient care strategies to
support high-quality outcomes Utilize onsite and nearby resources
for efficient, coordinated care Requirements Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency) Active
Colorado medical license (or willing to obtain) Clean malpractice
record (highly preferred) NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days of
presentation DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start)
