As part of our ICU staff, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients with critical health conditions. This position requires advanced nursing skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and the dedication to deliver intensive therapies and interventions. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and reviewing health histories. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by attending healthcare providers. Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to create and evaluate customized care plans. Supervise and train junior nurses and nursing assistants, fostering a collaborative environment within the unit. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring that they are informed and supported throughout their care. Advanced knowledge of ICU nursing practices and principles. Proficiency with medical equipment and technology used in intensive care settings. Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Capability to handle high-stress situations with calmness and competence. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. BLS Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
