Oversee nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards. Coordinate patient care with physicians, support staff, and other departments to facilitate integrated, comprehensive care. Mentor and lead nursing staff; conduct performance evaluations and training sessions. Manage resources efficiently to ensure that each patient receives optimal care. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to evidence-based practices. Respond to medical emergencies, provide leadership in critical situations. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing department goals. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in nursing best practices and hospital protocols Ability to manage complex patient situations Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Certification in specialty area (preferred but not required)
