Job Description:

Swedish Medical Center, a proud member of HealthONE, is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator specializing in Surgical Cardiology to join our prestigious team. This critical role is vital for seamless patient care management in our top-tier cardiology department. The coordinator will be deeply involved in managing patient care, guiding clinical staff, and contributing to the improvement of our treatment protocols, all within our state-of-the-art facilities. This position requires a compassionate professional dedicated to impactful patient outcomes and clinical excellence. Coordinate patient care in the Surgical Cardiology department. Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Manage patient records and document healthcare outcomes. Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of protocols. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Expertise in cardiology and surgical care. Proficient in using medical software for patient management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing (RN-BC) preferred.
