Overview: A Clinic Supervisor (RN) works within the scope of their
nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical
setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams
to support both short-term and long-term patient needs. Key
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise nursing staff within your
designated area, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient
care. Assume responsibility for the overall function of the
department in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth
operations. Mentor and guide nursing staff, offering leadership
development and support to current and new team members. Coordinate
and execute ongoing staff education programs, promoting
professional growth and continuous learning. Serve as a role model
for nursing staff, demonstrating expertise in clinical practice and
patient care. Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve
conflicts and encourage team development. Maintain a calm, safe,
and efficient work environment, ensuring the well-being of both
staff and patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes. Address
and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring consistent care delivery
and fostering a positive team environment. Key Skills and
Attributes Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and
families. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
capabilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of an
Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Prefer BSN Experience in a
leadership clinic setting preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,
REGISTRATIONS Must maintain current, active license as a Registered
Nurse in the State of Colorado. BLS Certification required. We
