What You’ll Do: Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Willingness to perform follow-up calls to patients after care is provided. Adherence to company policies and procedures May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What You’ll Need: Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients Masters or Doctorate in Audiology Active CO State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure Patient-centered approach with great listening skills and passion to serve all patients regardless of economic status Strong communication skills and ability to influence others Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback What We Offer: Base Salary: $65,000 based on experience. Potential for commission after first year of employment.
