Participate in professional development and training programs. Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in Colorado with ICU experience preferred.
