Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care
Physician to join our team in providing exceptional care to
patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this
role, you will be responsible for rounding and seeing patients for
regulatory and follow-up visits, ensuring that each patient
receives the highest standard of care. This position offers a
structured Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call
responsibilities, as we have a dedicated on-call team that handles
after-hours and weekend care.
