Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift Overview: The Weekend Option
Clinical Supervisor is a full-time leadership position in nursing,
specifically for night shifts, responsible for overseeing patient
care and staff performance within a medical-surgical unit.
Candidates must possess an active RN license and have 3-5 years of
experience in a hospital setting. Key responsibilities include
coordinating patient care, safeguarding patient rights, and
upholding clinical standards. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN) and prior management or change management experience are

Overview: This role employs the nursing process to deliver patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the care
provided to assigned patients. The supervisor will assess the
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and collaborate
with various departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. It
is essential to uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality

Medical Surgical Supervisor Location: Our facility located at 10010
Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128 Schedule: Full-Time | 36
hours per week Shift: Night Shift | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00
PM - 7:30 AM Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an
accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate
Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN) Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Missouri or a compact license is required, in compliance with state
nursing board regulations. Experience: 3-5 years of nursing
experience in a hospital environment. Certifications: Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association, or completion within 30 days of employment. Preferred
Qualifications: Education: A BSN is preferred. Licensure:
Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are
advantageous. Experience: Previous management experience,
particularly in change management, is preferred. Physical
Requirements: Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
regularly. Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts.
Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
