Position Summary: The role of a physician specializing in
Urogynecology involves addressing women's health concerns,
including urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders, within a
collaborative clinic environment. Responsibilities include
conducting office procedures, engaging in surgeries at a nearby
hospital, and working alongside a network of specialists. This

This Role: As a Urogynecology physician, you will collaborate with
a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering
high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. You will
be part of the newly established clinic, initially serving as the
sole urogynecologist on-site, while sharing on-call duties with
nearby urogynecologists and benefiting from a large, supportive
network of Women's Health specialists. The clinic is a
multispecialty facility currently under development, featuring a
state-of-the-art building that will house primary care, OB/GYN,
Urogynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology,
Urology, and more. Expected to see 18 to 20 patients daily in the
clinic. In-office procedures will encompass: urodynamics,
cystoscopies, urethral bulking, trigger point injections, Botox
bladder therapy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation, and
Macroplasty. Surgeries will be performed at a nearby hospital,
which offers advanced facilities equipped with the necessary
diagnostic tools for treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ
prolapse, and other pelvic floor disorders. A guaranteed base
salary of $395,000, with an annual quality bonus of $10,000, plus
additional income potential based on productivity. A signing bonus
of $25,000. Eligibility for relocation assistance. How We Support

degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school. Completion
of ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN. Board
certification or eligibility in OBGYN. An active, unrestricted
medical license in Colorado, or the ability to obtain one. Federal
DEA Registration. BLS certification. The ability to successfully
