Healthcare Support is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 07/14/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Performs skilled nursing visits to provide in-home care and facilitate healing and disease management. Provides education on disease progress/management to patients and families. Skillfully uses HCHB EMR charting software, providing accurate and timely documentation Averages a daily caseload of 6-7 patient visits a day. Healthcare Support Job ID 456260. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
