  Job Description
  The RN Weekend Supervisor provides direct supervision to the weekend staff members on duty at the facility. - Provides guidance/leadership for RN work activities on the weekend in the absence of the Director of Nursing. - -
  Qualifications
  RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
  --- Current state license to practice as a nurse. Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
  --- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
  --- Friendly, approachable and possess the ability to address any and all performance concerns as observed.
  --- Observing and reviewing nurse practice to provide optimum care for the residents at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
