Job Description:
The Nursing Early Hire Program offers recent nursing graduates a
$7,500 sign-on bonus before starting work, plus an additional
$2,500 after passing boards.
Open to nursing students graduating in 2025, with applications
screened and select students interviewed.
Selected applicants receive a job offer and sign a two-year work
commitment.
Funds are at the student's discretion, with no reporting
required.
