Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses for the Operating
Room, offering sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible
candidates. The perioperative team supports 8 ORs, 1 Procedure
Room, 2 Endoscopy Suites, 16 private Pre-Op rooms, and 14 PACU
bays, covering a wide range of surgical specialties including
Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and more. Benefits include
tuition reimbursement, student loan assistance up to $10,000, paid
parental leave, retirement matching from day one, and
state-of-the-art facilities. Requirements: BSN or ADN with
completion within 24 months, 1+ year OR experience, BLS
certification, VA RN license, and residency or willingness to
relocate to Leesburg, VA before starting. Pay ranges from $40.23 to
$65.38/hr, with full-time and part-time options, plus additional
benefits like health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time
off.
