Job Description:
This Med-Surg nursing role is vital to hospital care, requiring
passion, resilience, and strong skills.
Lead and coordinate patient care, collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain a safe environment, monitor patient conditions, and
communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Provide wound care, ensure infection control, and advocate for
continuous, quality care.
Educate patients and families, assist team members, and adapt to
dynamic shifts.
Must have a current Louisiana nursing license, BLS, and PALs
certifications.
